| This property contains 310,618 square feet (approx. 7.13 acres) that fronts both US-101 and Agoura Road, in the City of Agoura Hills. Currently existing is a 36,000 square foot, 2-story office building and a newly built 1,758 square feet sound studio that fronts US-101. The property includes approx. 181,244 square feet (4.16 acres) of open space that fronts Agoura Road, across from the of the new Agoura Hills City Hall. Once entitled by the City, we will begin Phase II of the project – a 76,750 square feet office and R&D building.
